Reservations
Tariffs:
Our current 2019 rates are R625 per person sharing per night & R825 per single supplement per night, but do vary from room to room. Children under 12 pay half price if we put down a mattress for them in their parents’ room, full price if they take their own room. Rates are available on request.
- Lion Room: R625 pp sharing per night & R950 per single supplement per night.
- Buffalo Room: R625 pp sharing per night & R825 per single supplement per night.
- Leopard Room: R625 pp sharing per night & R825 per single supplement per night.
- Elephant Room: R625 pp sharing per night & R825 per single supplement per night.
- Rhino Room: R575 pp sharing per night & R775 per single supplement per night.
- Wildlife Room: R675 pp sharing per night (first 2 guests & thereafter R425 pp sharing per night) & R950 per single supplement per night.
Pensioners Special!
In line with the Kruger National Park’s policy on providing a discount to pensioners (all permanent residents of SA 60 years & older) on accommodation, we at Du Bois Lodge will offer a 10% discount on normal tariffs to pensioners during midweek (Mondays – Thursdays). This discount does not apply during school holidays and long weekends.
Student Discount!
Any student (with a valid student card) will qualify for a 10% discount on current prices! This does not apply to school children.
Payments:
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation (for reservations made more than two weeks before the date of arrival). The full amount (100%) is payable for any reservation made less than two weeks before the date of arrival. Deposits paid are non-refundable, but may be credited to the guest at Management’s discretion.

The balance of payment is required to be made one week prior to arrival at the Lodge. Payments can be made by EFT or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Should guests already at the Lodge (same day reservation for example), prefer to pay by EFT, Proof of Payment should be submitted prior to checkout.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation will result in a percentage administration fee.
Deposits paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation within 365 to 31 days before arrival – no further payment is payable.
Cancellation within 30 to 21 days before arrival – 25% of balance of payment is payable.
Cancellation within 21 to 14 days before arrival – 50% of balance of payment is payable.
Cancellation within 14 to 7 days before arrival – 75% of balance of payment is payable.
Cancellation within 6 days of arrival – 100% of balance of payment is payable.
